The officers were installed on October 4, 2008 and the Installing Grand Officers were:

Phyllis Helmkamp, PGM - Installing Grand Officer; Wesdie Webb - Assoc. Grand Patron and the Assisting Grand Officer; Judy Miller, PGM - Installing Grand Chaplain; Diana Gilroy, Assoc. Grand Matron - Installing Grand Marshal; Jerry Smith, PGP - Installing Grand Organist and Grand Hostess - Amber Stack.

The Officers installed for the ensuing year were: Bonnie Davis - Worthy Matron, Bob Davis - Worthy Patron, Arnetha Parrigan - Assoc. Matron, Curtis Caudill - Assoc. Patron, Joyce Rummage - Secretary, Lillian Weller - Treasurer, Lois Glascoe - Conductress, Sandra Cobble - Assoc. Conductress, Eddie Glascoe - Chaplain, Ray Young- Marshal, Ann Brothers- Organist, Kim Poe - Ada, Anetta Young - Ruth, Debbie Caudill - Esther, Judy White - Martha, Kim Wethington - Electa, Joan Watts - Warder, Roy Patton - Sentinel, Marie Patton and Chris Poe - Prompters.

A beautiful evening was enjoyed by all with several family members in attendance. There were sixty-two there for the installation. Our special meetings will be held on November 25th, Joe Vest will be coming to give the History of the OES, December 5th is the Christmas Party and on May 26th we will have our Friendship, Line Officers, Deputy’s Party and a Courtesy Visit by the Worthy Grand Matron and Worthy Grand Patron. Sometime we will have a Master Masons Fellowship night. Bonnie and Robert Davis.
